The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page 5, section 10, subsection (e), line 74, after the stricken word "commission" by striking out the underlined words "accepted and recognized by the Insurance Commissioner" and inserting lieu thereof the words "in use by the Insurance Commissioner acting as administrator of claims involving funds created in chapter twenty-three, article two-c of this code".
